Processing & Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 3 business days of the initial order date, pending inventory availability and credit card verification. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

If there is a longer processing time, it will be stated in the product description of the item. Please read all product descriptions prior to placing an order. 

Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping will continue on the next business day. All orders shipped to California addresses are subject to state sales tax and may be subject to local taxes. Orders to all other US states will not be subject to any sales tax.

All orders are shipped from New York or New Jersey.

For international orders: the shipping cost includes all of the customs costs, duties and/or taxes. If you receive a tracking number and a problem has occurred with your package in transit, the issue will have to be resolved with the shipping courier. Please understand, BOYFRIEND'S CLOSET does not have any direct connection with couriers and are not responsible for lost/misdelivered packages. Missing claims would have to be filed with the courier directly.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygienic reasons, returns are not accepted.

Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order. The item must be not worn, damages, or altered in any way. The item must be clean and in the same condition as it was received.

We reserve the right to deny any exchanges if the item does not meet our standards listed. 

Items purchased during sale periods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise stated in the product's description.
